Delivery

UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

We deliver to the UK only. If you are outside the UK, get in touch and we will quote you for delivery.

Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday, not at weekends. Please allow 3–5 working days.

No signature is required. If you ask for your parcel to be left in a safe place we can do that, but it is at your own risk.

Please note that delivery addresses and details cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email.

Returns & refunds

We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: box unopened, all bars sealed, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email social@getbuzzing.co.uk. Please don't send items back before requesting a return, as we can't accept them.

Return postage is at your own cost. If you would rather exchange an item, we will provide a free shipping label.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please get in touch.

Damaged or wrong item?

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, if you have received the wrong item, or if there is any other problem. We will evaluate it and put it right.
