1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4; grease and line a 900g (2lb) loaf tin. Cream the butter and banana together; beat in the wowbutter spread (nut free) or peanut butter, and eggs. Then add your fudge pieces.
2. Add the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Bake for 50-60 minutes in the tin, until risen, golden, and a skewer put into the centre comes out clean; cool completely in the tin.
3. Slice and enjoy!
