Cranberry and Seed Energy Balls
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups dates
- 1 1/2 cups cranberries
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Put in the fridge for 30 mins.
- Bring out and roll in to balls - enjoy!
