Extremely disappointed that some bars are significantly underweight (approx 40g rather than 62g). I have sent e-mail to you, but I have not received a reply.

We’re sorry it took so long to get back to you when you first reached out. That shouldn’t have happened.
You were right about the bars. Their weight varied far too much from bar to bar, and that wasn’t good enough. Since then we’ve changed how the bars are made, so each one now comes out much more consistent.
You might notice the texture is a little different, but the recipe and flavours you know are still there.
