Dark Chocolate and Date Brownie
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
200g Dark Chocolate Chunks
1 tsb Gluten Free Baking Powder
10-12 Dates, pitted and diced
1/2 Cup date syrup or Honey
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
Pre heat oven to 180oC and line a 9 inch cake tin, or loaf tin.
Add all dry ingredients to a bowl followed by eggs, date syrup, melted coconut oil, dates and dark chocolate, mix together.
Add to your cake tin and bake for 20-25 mins.
