Mixed Berry Cheesecakes

Ingredients

- 4 Mixed Berry GetBuzzing bars
- 300g quark
- 1/4tsp vanilla flavour drops, or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 2tbsp maple syrup
- A few strawberries to decorate

Method
.
- Crumble the bars into a mixing bowl, then microwave for 30s
- Mix in 50ml hot water until the mixture becomes sticky
- Divide the mixture between 8 greased muffin moulds and press into a cup shape around each mould
- Bake for 10mins
- Leave the oat cups to cool
- Mix the vanilla/vanilla + syrup together, then divide between the flapjack cups
- Top with slices of strawberry to decorate
