- 1 - 1 1/2 cup dairy Oat milk
- 1 medium banana
- 3/4 cup frozen cherries, pitted
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup oats
- Few ice cubes
- 1 Getbuzzing High Protein Cherry Bar
